It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs etc.) products.
Then add shipping times.

Customized Orders
We can customize any product listed in our catalog and set up a product page with just your items displayed. You are paying for the service of having a customized product page available for you to purchase your custom products. We are not a fundraising website, so we cannot set up a page for you to receive a profit on any products.
We can however set up an order for you to purchase a product in bulk that can be shipped to you, and then you can sell it at your fundraising event yourself.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
